multiple agencies remain on the scene. from both from wisconsin and illinois police dont have a description of the person they're looking for erlier the towns police chief told us the cautions everyone should take if your planning on going out on a lake this time of year. underway laura daniels milwaukee dept. of public works ken converse bliffert's our main goal in mind is that we have safe and passable streets so you can home, you can get to your destinations and visit our city and businesses can be open. it's very important to us the predictions are that soon the area will be in the thick of it. wednesday brine was put on streets, an anti icing operation that is intended to stop this weekend's snow from sticking. it's worked on the past on bridges, and now it is on major streets for the first time. saturday we will operation by calling in 102 drivers and deploying 102 salt trucks to get into the districts, the residential streets and pre salt those areas plow blades are being mounted onto garbage trucks to get ready for snow accumulation. it is important in the winter that we follow parking regulations. there are posted parking regulations throughout the city. please when you park your car be mindful of the posted signs. as sure as the the

anytime -- just download the fox6 storm center app. it's free and available for apple and android devices. an update to the child enticement case out of cudahy we told you about earlier this week -- police say the suspect has been arrested. the incident happened tuesday. a 13-year-old girl was walking home from school-- when she was harassed by a man asking for sex. the man reportedly drove past her several times... but eventually he left th police haven't released any details about who they took into custody -- but he was being described as a man in his late 20s to early 30's. a sussex man is facing 21- felony charges -- related to sex crimes involving minors. 19-year-old "adam rosman" allegedly had inappropriate contact with several minors between october of last year and this november. according to the criminal complaint -- which is too graphic to share on television --- there were at least seven victims.

boys for sex, or he would pay them for explicit pictures and victims. well, that didn't take long! a federal judge takes 20 minutes to slap down a request to stop wisconsin's recount. political reporter theo keith was in madison for the hearing -- and has an update on the counting. wisconsin's top election official emerges from federal court satisfied with a judge's decision to keep the recount going. were happy that there was not thrown in at the end here the pro-trump "great america pac" and "stop hillary pac" -- filed the lawsuit eight days ago trying to stop the recount. the judge said the counting is almost over and "there is virtually no chance" it changes the election's outcome. with 89 percent of ballots recounted, hillary clinton has cut into president- elect donald trump's 22-thousand vote margin -- by just 49 votes.the lawyer for the pro-trump groups wouldn't say if they would appeal. we were pleased to see that the recount,

havent been any problems, and thats a positive development for the voters of wisconsin election administrators say they expect to certify the results by tuesday's deadline. green party candidate jill stein requested the recount and is footing the bill. we dont have anything to gain except ensuring election integrity. were not trying to change the vote, she doesnt come out ahead, she doesnt get any more money wisconsins elections administrator said that dane county and outagamie county would probably be t two to have the recount done, but hes confident they will finish in time. at federal court in madison, theo keith, fox6 news meanwhile... waukesha county joins the growing list of counties that are wrapping up the recount. workers finished counting the ballots late this morning. the board of canvassers then spent the remainder of the day approving the vote totals. the county clerk estimates the recount effort in waukesha county will end up costing nearly 400- thousand-dollars.

your help finding a critically missing woman. according to police, sabrina allen is reported missing from the area of third and nash. she reportedly suffers from health issues. if you know where allen is, you're asked to call milwaukee police. a group of moms is among those protesting milwaukee county sheriff david clarke at the milwaukee county safety building today. this group is demanding his

surrounding each of the deaths within the county jail this year. progressive moms of milwaukee and others delivered a letter and diapers to clarke's office. four people, including an infant born to an inmate, have all died in custody at the jail since april. 'we are here to say as milwaukee mothers we are not divided we are together and we are going to do what we need to do to make sure this never ever happens again.' sheriff clarke put a response to the "progressive mom facebook page. he says quote "their name alone tells me everything i need to know about this politically motivated and politically- orchestrated democrat party operative. this is what is meant by fake news. an astro-turf movement that has no knowledge of what is even involved here..." we've posted his entire statement on our website, fox 6 now dot com. the winter weather -- is headed our way. after the snow -- comes

first, significant snowfall of the season, as it pertains to milwaukee ... justin williams spent the day in washington county, where people are also bracing for the winter weather. he joins us live, with more. justin? the precipitation preparations vary, here, as some spend the day getting ready for work, while others gear-up to get down. its calm, before the storm. and, when youre in wisconsin, we live in a state of outdoor enthusiasts. this means a little more time for people to prepare for the pending precipitation. our people are working, very hard, stocking the floors. friday, the weekend plans are a- changing, in washington county, the guys have been startin to plan this, early on, this week, already. where highway department director, scott schmidt, says 28, salt-filled snow plows are loaded, and lined-up, for duty.
